All instructions and communication for the mail-in service will be sent to the spokesperson e-mail as well as to the first additional e-mail address listed.

Students and postdocs please also list your advisor (with an e-mail address) as a co-experimenter.

Rapid Access mail-in proposals are only able to list Registered and Non-Registered 'Experimenters Not Coming to APS.
